Multi Property Residential / Estate Manager

Vichara is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of privately owned residential properties, including houses, villas, and short-term rentals, across multiple locations in New York, Florida, and Puerto Rico. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and ensuring properties are prepared for owners and guests. This position requires frequent travel and the ability to handle urgent property matters outside normal business hours.
