Multi-Site RN Supervisor

Saint James Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Multisite RN Supervisor, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing vaccine management, clinical staff training, and workflow accountability across multiple locations. This role is critical to driving operational consistency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and elevating the performance of Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants. The Multisite RN Supervisor will lead the NJIIS/VFC immunization program with a high level of oversight while developing a skilled, accountable clinical support team across all Saint James Health sites.
