Multi Skilled Operative

Mears Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative in Hastings to perform high-quality repairs, including plastering, minor plumbing, and tiling, within occupied social housing properties across the Hastings to Brighton area. This hands-on role involves carrying out responsive maintenance works from start to finish while ensuring safety and high standards for residents. The successful candidate will work independently, participate in an out-of-hours emergency rota, and maintain their company vehicle and tools.
