Multi-Skilled Technician (Multi-Site - Penang)

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and management of building systems and services across four banking facilities in Penang. This role requires an independent, versatile technician who can perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance disciplines while working remotely from the Building Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. Success requires exceptional autonomy, strong communication skills, sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to make independent decisions while maintaining all assigned facilities to the highest standards of functionality, safety, comfort, and professional presentation.
