Multifacility Supplier Development & Projects Sourcing Coordinator

This role protects multifacility operations and project launches by coordinating technical sourcing, supplier development, and tooling execution across assigned suppliers and Metalsa facilities. The position drives supplier readiness, tooling reliability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement while ensuring sourcing decisions align with quality, delivery, cost, safety, and customer expectations. It involves leading cross-functional activities to resolve supplier or tooling issues and supporting new projects through APQP and PPAP milestones.
