Multifamily Property Manager

This role involves overseeing approximately 75 residential multifamily units across several smaller apartment properties in San Diego, with additional oversight of select onsite teams in Texas. The position combines hands-on leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and financial oversight while providing leadership to onsite staff. The ideal candidate will work directly with ownership to drive property performance, establish consistent processes, and support portfolio growth.
