Multisite Assistant Community Manager

The Multisite Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of two residential properties, The Emerson in Centreville, VA, and The Heights at Goose Creek in Ashburn, VA. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, handling resident communications, processing move-outs, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and retention. The position also requires acting as the on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence and maintaining strong relationships with property owners.
