Multiskilled Tradesperson

The Multiskilled Tradesperson will perform planned and reactive maintenance across residential, academic, and commercial buildings at Bath Spa University, handling a variety of fabric repairs such as carpentry, decorating, plumbing, tiling, and plastering, as well as fire safety tasks. The role involves diagnosing defects, collaborating with Estates colleagues and contractors, and delivering excellent customer service to staff, students, and building users.
