Multisystemic Therapist

Liberty Resources is seeking a Full-Time Multisystemic Therapist to work with families of teens (ages 12-17) in Ulster County, implementing evidence-based solutions to improve school attendance, strengthen family relationships, and reduce high-risk behaviors. This role involves conducting sessions in the client's home, collaborating with schools and service providers, and providing 24/7 phone support within a flexible, hybrid work environment. The therapist will work with a manageable caseload of 4-6 families to deliver focused, home-centered care that fosters positive social connections and community engagement.
