Multisystemic Therapy Supervisor

The Multisystemic Therapy Supervisor manages, coordinates, and provides clinical oversight to the agency’s MST program, focusing on empowering youth and families in Curry, Roosevelt, Quay County, and surrounding areas. This role involves supervising a team of therapists, conducting group and individual supervision, and ensuring adherence to MST principles and interventions. The position also includes managing case referrals, overseeing clinician caseloads, and delivering MST to a small caseload of families as needed.
