About this role

The Municipal Middle Office Associate provides day-to-day middle office support for U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.'s Municipals Product Group secondary trading and sales businesses. The role involves partnering with Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external counterparties to ensure accurate processing and settlement of fixed income transactions. The successful candidate will manage the entire trade lifecycle, resolve exceptions, and validate trade economics and positions.

Responsibilities

Support post-trade processing lifecycle for Muni transactions from execution through settlement
Monitor and resolve trade exceptions, settlement discrepancies, and reconciliation breaks
Validate trade allocations, trade economics, and position accuracy across internal systems
