About this role
Evaluates scheduled patient visits to identify and resolve funding and coverage issues, including assisting patients with Medicaid, disability, financial assistance, and insurance coverage. Provides patients with copayment, deductible, and deposit information prior to services and documents activities in Epic. Works with internal and external partners to ensure patient accounts are appropriately processed and visible to the healthcare team.
