This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in museum and archival work within a community museum setting. Interns will engage in cataloging, digitization, exhibition planning, and public outreach, supporting the preservation and presentation of museum collections.
The Town of The Blue Mountains is the municipal government serving communities around southern Georgian Bay in Ontario, including Thornbury, Clarksburg and the Blue Mountain resort area. The town provides resident-focused services such as property taxes, water and sewer, garbage and recycling, permits and licences, along with online services and contact support for residents and businesses. It also manages local planning and infrastructure, parks, trails and recreation programming, and promotes tourism and community events while focusing on environmental stewardship and community well‑being.
