Music Therapist

This role provides music therapy services to patients in coordination with an interdisciplinary team's plan of care, serving residents in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations. The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing musical interventions to support patients and families coping with illness and end-of-life issues. The therapist also collaborates with various departments, participates in program development, and educates staff and the community on the benefits of music therapy.
