About this role

The Mutual Funds Representative provides an excellent client experience by responding to inquiries about mutual fund and fixed term investments while promoting CIBC investment products. This full-time, shift-oriented role requires flexibility between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a primary focus on remote work within the Agent@Home program. The position involves building client relationships, delivering detailed product information, and ensuring compliance with CIRO regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed information on mutual fund and fixed term investment products
Respond to client inquiries and promote CIBC investment products and services
Open new Mutual Funds accounts and complete transactions following CIRO rules
