About this role

The Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer provides vision and leadership for developing and supporting security initiatives and governance across all subsidiaries and joint ventures of Encore Capital Group. This role is responsible for establishing a global enterprise-wide information security management program, identifying and reporting on security risks, and aligning with compliance and regulatory requirements. The CISO leads a team of thirty employees across multiple regions and reports to the Board on a quarterly basis.

Lead and communicate strategic security plans to achieve business goals
Establish and maintain global enterprise-wide information security management programs
Identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks to meet compliance requirements
Develop, track, and control security services annual operating and capital budgets
Manage and contain information security incidents to protect corporate IT assets
