NAC Workplace Experience Manager

The NAC Workplace Experience Manager develops and sustains an optimal workplace experience for colleagues across a cluster of North America Commercial portfolio sites. This role leads workplace experience strategy, defines integrated service models across soft services, hospitality, and space activation, and ensures operational excellence through partnerships with facility management providers. The position involves driving continuous improvement, managing workplace transformation initiatives, and representing Global Workplace Experience on site crisis management teams.
