The Nachusa Assistant Crew Leader is a seasonal, full-time role supporting the Crew Leader and Restoration Technicians to advance conservation work at the Nachusa Grasslands Preserve near Dixon, IL. This short-term position (May–August, with possible extension) includes on-site housing and contributes to The Nature Conservancy’s prairie restoration mission. The role is field-based and part of a hands-on restoration team.
