National GP Training Strategy Lead

The role leads the national GP Training strategy alignment and delivery for RACGP, translating organisational priorities into strategic initiatives and overseeing program improvement, workplan development, monitoring and reporting. Reporting to the National Director of Medical Education, the position partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure consistent, efficient, future‑ready GP training across the nation.
