National GRIP Programme Manager

The National GRIP Programme Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of Singapore’s flagship deep tech startup incubation programme, ensuring high-quality execution of workshops, founder engagements, and milestone reviews. This role involves overseeing programme operations, managing budgets and vendor contracts, and serving as the primary liaison between startup teams, mentors, and institutional partners. The position requires driving continuous improvement of the curriculum and fostering collaboration across universities and industry stakeholders to accelerate commercialisation.
