National Manager Safeguarding Practice

The National Manager – Safeguarding Practice provides strategic support to the National Director of Educational Strategy and Innovation to ensure EREA Flexible Schools effectively enact and maintain fidelity to common ground practices and the 10 National Safeguarding Principles. This role collaborates with national leadership, regional support teams, and school-based safeguarding personnel to embed child safety into the culture and everyday practice of flexible schools. The position requires translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance while fostering a national Community of Practice.
