National Nurse Residency Program

The National Resident RN joins Virginia Mason Franciscan Health to participate in a comprehensive, year-long residency program designed to foster long-term success through personalized attention and cross-training. This role involves delivering individualized patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mastering evidence-based practices under mentorship within a supportive environment. Candidates will engage in clinical orientation and practice while developing accountability, leadership, and interprofessional communication skills.
