The Specialty Practice Leader – Real Estate will build and lead a national strategy to scale and standardize HUB's Canadian real estate insurance practice, leveraging the firm's residential portfolio and expanding into commercial, office, light industrial, and mixed-use exposures. The role aims to position HUB as the go-to real estate insurance brokerage in Canada by strengthening market positioning and enabling consistent, best-in-class solutions across regions. Reporting to the Canadian Chief Marketing Officer, the leader will drive growth targets and influence key stakeholders and market partners.
