National Security & Global Trade Associate (DC)

DLA Piper seeks a 3rd–4th year associate to advise clients on complex U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, CFIUS reviews, and national security issues arising in corporate and financial transactions. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the firm to support leading multinational clients on cross-border matters involving trade regulation, M&A, and strategic investments. The position is open to all U.S. offices with a preference for Washington, D.C., and requires a JD and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
