National Trainer Field

The National Trainer Field role involves installing and training customers on CDK Global solutions, both virtually and on-site. The position requires consulting with customers to determine their business needs, validating setup configurations, and conducting status meetings to address open issues. The trainer will facilitate training processes, monitor trainee progress, and apply adult learning theories to adapt delivery methods.
