Farmworkers Institute of Education & Leadership Development (FIELD) is a nonprofit that empowers farmworkers and other underserved adults through education, job training, and leadership development. FIELD runs tailored, culturally responsive programs for working adults — including the EPIC adult high school diploma program, workforce and job‑skill training, and entrepreneurial support — to open pathways to college and careers. The organization focuses on practical supports and career-readiness to help participants achieve self-sufficiency and advance economically and socially.
