Naval Architect / Marine Engineer

This role involves shaping the next generation of sustainable aquaculture and fishing vessels by translating customer requirements into practical, buildable ship designs. The position requires close collaboration with sales teams, R&D, and external stakeholders to develop tailored technical proposals and ensure vessel designs are technically feasible and commercially viable. Key activities include concept development, cost estimation, and coordinating design and engineering activities across internal and external partners.
