Naval Architect

The Naval Architect will be embedded at ESG’s Port St. Joe and Allanton FL Shipyard, supporting active construction programs where design, production, testing, and regulatory requirements converge under schedule pressure. This hands-on, shipyard-facing role focuses on resolving real-time technical issues, protecting stability and weight margins, supporting regulatory compliance, and keeping production moving without surprises. The position is best suited for a naval architect who is comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering intent and deckplate reality.
