Naval Architecture Graduate Programme

The Naval Architecture Graduate Programme offers a two-year opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in complex engineering projects, including submarine docking, aircraft carrier assessments, and frigate mooring analysis. Participants will rotate through various placements across hydrodynamics, structures, design, and stability, learning from industry experts while contributing to critical naval capability projects. The programme provides structured support, mentorship, and guidance toward professional engineering registration, culminating in a permanent role within the Engineering Function.
