Navigator

The Navigator role at CHASI's Prevention Department focuses on providing case management and referrals to priority populations to improve overall health and decrease the acquisition of HIV and STIs. Navigators address barriers to accessing services by conducting intakes, developing service plans, and coordinating with clients and partner providers. The position involves outreach, education, and direct support for vulnerable communities, including those affected by health disparities.
