Navigator

As a Navigator, you will serve as the trusted point of contact for participants, guiding them towards improved wellbeing, stability, and employment through person-centred and trauma-informed support. You will build strong relationships, conduct assessments, and coordinate with community services and partner organisations to help individuals overcome barriers and achieve their goals. The role involves providing consistent coaching, in-work support, and connecting participants with relevant training and employment opportunities.
