Navigator

The Navigator provides vocational and academic guidance, advocacy, and case management to Career Services program participants, acting as a liaison between technical and community colleges and Goodwill of North Georgia, Inc. This role involves supporting participants with college applications, financial aid, and job readiness while identifying and addressing barriers to employment and education. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with community resources, and ensuring compliance with program regulations and safety policies.
