Navy Business Development Associate

Odyssey is seeking an experienced Navy Business Development Associate to expand the company's presence across Naval combat, weapons, engineering, integration, and strategic systems programs. This mid-level role focuses on the full business development lifecycle, from early customer engagement and opportunity discovery through qualification, capture, teaming, and proposal submission. The position serves as a key interface between Odyssey, Navy customers, industry partners, and internal leadership to drive pipeline development and new business awards.
