Navy Curriculum Developer

JSL Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Instructional Coordinator to support the Nato Sea Sparrow Missile System Program by assisting with the planning, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of manpower, personnel, and training technical products. This role involves developing foundational documentation, creating training materials in compliance with Navy guidance, and collaborating with stakeholders to revise training documents. The position also requires providing Training Support Agent services and executing the full NETC end-to-end PADDIE-M process.
