NC-CAPA Process Owner

This role is responsible for owning and maintaining the NC-CAPA process, ensuring compliance with nonconforming product controls, and leading investigations to define corrective and preventive actions. The position involves training a network of process owners, resolving complex quality issues through cross-functional collaboration, and verifying the effectiveness of implemented actions. Additionally, the role requires presenting processes during external audits, preparing quality metrics for management review, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
