About this role

RTX's Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) L3 module center support professional to develop and improve NDT systems across internal business units and supplier partners. The role involves performing audits, providing technical guidance, overseeing inspection systems, and driving process improvements within the Quality and Process Engineering organization. Candidates must hold current Level 2 or Level 3 certification in specific NDT methods such as Etch, FPI, ECI, or X-ray.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously improve NDT systems with internal and external partners
Perform NDT audits and certifications to ensure compliance
Provide technical guidance and oversee inspection system operations
Drive process improvements using root cause and process control tools
Support training and personnel testing for NDT systems
