NDT Trainee

The NDT Trainee position supports the Non-Destructive Testing department at the Lynwood, CA plant, working a first‑shift schedule (6 am – 2:30 pm). The role involves participating in a structured training program under the supervision of experienced Level 2/3 personnel, performing trainee‑level NDT tasks, and adhering to safety and PPE requirements. This entry‑level position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to follow directions, lift up to 30 lb, and communicate effectively in English.
