About this role
The National Education Association Office of General Counsel is seeking a Civil Rights Law Fellow for Fall 2026. The fellowship offers an opportunity for a rising attorney with two to five years of legal experience to work on advancing student civil rights with experienced counsel and education advocates. The fellowship is based at NEA’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. for one year (through August 31, 2027) with the possibility of extending for one additional year.
