Cook Children’s Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Outpatient Pediatrician to join one of its Neighborhood Health Centers. The community-based centers provide a primary medical home for children from birth through adolescence and focus on serving underserved families. The role involves working with community and Cook Children’s partners to assess and address patient needs in a timely manner.
