Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive medical services within the scope of neonatal care to eligible beneficiaries, including independent primary care, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in the Mother Baby Unit and Special Care Nursery. The role involves attending deliveries, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans for newborns and their families. The position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records, and participating in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
