NERC Compliance Manager

The NERC Compliance Manager owns Fervo Energy's reliability compliance program for its registered Generator Owner and Generator Operator entities, serving as the Primary Compliance Contact with NERC and WECC. The role involves preparing the program for audits, maintaining compliance procedures, and partnering with internal teams and external providers to ensure regulatory adherence. This hands-on position reports to the Head of Compliance & Regulatory Programs and requires regular engagement with plant operators, engineers, and regulators.
