NetIQ IAM and IDM Technical Operations

This role involves operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting NetIQ Identity Manager and associated IAM services across the identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management. The position requires supporting joiner, mover, and leaver processes, managing incidents and SLAs, and driving continual improvement through automation and AI/AIOps capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in NetIQ IDM, Unix/Linux scripting, and SQL, along with experience in ITIL practices and cross-functional collaboration.
