About this role

The Network Administrator is responsible for the operational support, maintenance, deployment, and troubleshooting of the College's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation of wired and wireless services across campus. The role involves hands‑on work with Aruba switching and wireless equipment, data‑closet management, VLAN administration, and ClearPass operations, as well as participation in after‑hours maintenance and event support.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot campus wired and wireless network infrastructure
Install, configure, and replace Aruba switching and wireless equipment
Monitor ticket queue and perform advanced network issue resolution
Manage data closets, inventory, and network documentation
Participate in after-hours maintenance and support critical network outages
