Network Director of Operations

The Network Director of Operations is a senior leader responsible for the strategy, management, and day-to-day execution of school operations and student enrollment across Prodeo Academy’s network of public charter schools. This role directly manages campus Directors of Operations and the enrollment team, translating organizational priorities into practical systems to ensure strong operational and enrollment outcomes. The position partners closely with executive leadership and other network teams to drive accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all campuses.
