About this role
The Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain DigitalOcean’s global network infrastructure, from the Internet edge to hypervisor connections, ensuring scalability and stability for hundreds of thousands of customers. The role partners with infrastructure and engineering teams to enable new products with scalable network architectures and contributes to network automation, observability, and open-source projects. It reports to the Manager of Network Engineering and works hands-on with modern networking equipment and software to support large-scale datacenter and backbone networks.
