Network Engineer

This role supports the daily operations of the agency's network infrastructure, focusing on monitoring, maintenance, and Tier 1-2 network troubleshooting to ensure network availability and performance. The position requires on-site support five days a week in Washington, DC, and involves maintaining LAN/WAN systems, network devices, and security appliances across the headquarters and field offices. The engineer will collaborate with senior staff and vendors to resolve connectivity issues, manage firewall logs, and perform routine troubleshooting of physical and logical network problems.
