Network Implementation Program Manager

The Network Implementation Program Manager leads end-to-end delivery of projects involving the construction, relocation, maintenance, and repair of outside plant facilities. This role coordinates engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality work is delivered on budget and within established timelines. The position monitors project progress, resolves implementation issues, and supports Customer Designed Fiber Services.
