The Network Lead provides technical leadership and operational oversight for the Network Operations Service Portfolio, serving as the primary escalation point for complex network initiatives. This role partners with Corporate IT, Business Units, and Managed Service Providers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable network services while driving strategic roadmaps and incident management.

Responsibilities

Lead administration and continuous improvement of the Network Service Portfolio
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex incidents and outages
Define and evolve enterprise network architecture standards and best practices
Manage large network initiatives and projects from concept through closeout
Coordinate with Managed Service Providers to ensure effective service delivery
