About this role

This role provides operational and technical leadership for enterprise network services delivered under a federal contract, managing personnel for telecommunications network design, implementation, and 24x7x365 operations. The position ensures compliance with design standards while supporting reliable performance, integration testing, and incident response for voice, data, and video services.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise Voice, Data, and Video teams supporting SEC enterprise operations
Oversee administration of managed network and unified communications services across WAN, LAN, and WLAN
Lead network incident triage and restoration efforts for service-impacting events
Provide technical leadership for integration and testing of complex large-scale network solutions
Review technical deliverables for correctness and adherence to user and design standards
