Network Operator

The Network Operator ensures Nscale's network remains available, fast, and secure around the clock by monitoring infrastructure health and resolving incidents before they impact customers. This role involves triaging and troubleshooting network issues, implementing approved changes, and leading responses to service outages while maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and security personnel to support strategic business outcomes and continuous improvement.
